So, I was put in as the YW president in January. What was Heavenly Father thinking?! I'm not so sure I'm cut out for this job. I'm not good at holding my tongue, being patient, or frankly, being the most understanding person. I'm kind of a no nonsense type of gal, and if you've met teenage girls, they are all sorts of nonsensical. That being said, I LOVE these girls in my program. I have lost sleep over them and prayed and worried about them so much! And of course, by the time I was called, I already felt like I was behind because New Beginnings needed to happen, like, now.
So we pulled it together, and it turned out pretty cute!
It helps that I have the most amazing counselors ever!! Seriously, the best.
